What you'll do

• Perform maintenance projects and electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, glass, tile, carpet, appliance, and fixture repairs
• assist with custodial and grounds work
• repair concrete, masonry, roofing, and fencing as needed
• train staff
• participate in standby emergency coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• manage maintenance materials and stock
• assist with apartment inspections and refurbishing
• perform scheduled equipment maintenance
• inspect units, buildings, and common areas
• maintain knowledge of utility cutoffs and clean-outs
• keep storage areas organized, clean, and safe.
