What you'll do

• Manage restaurant shifts
• complete the 14-point walk and address deficiencies
• ensure food storage and preparation meet food-safety and recipe standards
• maintain service, hospitality, accuracy, speed, health, safety, and security standards
• train, coach, and inspire associates
• address guest concerns
• monitor food quality and portioning
• assign and verify side work
• manage staffing, inventory, deliveries, ordering, cash handling, and shift administration
• and recommend associates for hiring, promotion, or termination.
