What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and develop hourly production employees
• lead daily production activities to meet schedules and operational objectives
• enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements
• monitor performance and implement corrective actions
• identify training needs and conduct qualification evaluations
• coordinate staffing, assignments, overtime, and cross-training
• collaborate across departments
• lead problem-solving and continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or other tools
• ensure compliance with company policies, work instructions, and collective bargaining agreement
• investigate incidents and maintain records
• conduct daily meetings
• support product launches and process changes.
