The Bench Operator — First Shift works onsite in West Chester, OH, Monday–Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The operator inspects and reworks parts to meet visual and dimensional requirements, using measurement and finishing equipment. What you'll do

• Visually inspect parts for nicks, burrs, and flaws and repair them when possible
• use jigs, fixtures, gauges, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to check dimensions and tolerances
• operate deburring guns, hand tools, and grit blasters for first-run and rework parts
• hand-adjust parts to make corrections.
