What you'll do

• Monitor team-owned services and fleet health
• triage routine initialization, reboot, provisioning, and service-health issues
• investigate across applications, Linux, networks, and hardware
• perform approved remediation
• participate in incident response and root-cause analysis
• improve dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and automation
• validate changes
• collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors. Participate in the team’s on-call rotation after onboarding and readiness review.
