What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop production staff
• create production schedules, staffing plans, and training assignments
• oversee startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• enforce safety, quality, and GMP standards
• lead audits and investigations
• drive continuous improvement
• support recruitment, onboarding, and training
• manage employee relations
• facilitate shift communications and cross-department collaboration
• monitor output and resolve FPQ issues
• maintain technical knowledge of equipment and processes.
