Assistant General Manager, Pilates Studio

What you'll do

• Follow up on leads, conduct sales calls, convert prospects, and work toward membership goals
• support and train front desk and Community Manager staff
• assist with hiring
• schedule and mentor the team, especially in the GM’s absence
• monitor supplies and vendor relationships
• support studio events
• improve daily operations and processes.
