Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite at Range View Apartments in Aurora, CO, and pays $21–$23 per hour, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible. What you'll do

• Participate in leasing and marketing to support occupancy
• tour the community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects
• maintain current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates
• process resident communications and enter service requests in Yardi
• communicate service requests to the Service Team
• meet and greet residents and prospects in accordance with Fair Housing regulations.
