What you'll do
- Coach teachers, Assistant Principals of Student Services, and school leaders on content-based language instruction
- plan and facilitate professional learning
- observe instruction and provide actionable feedback
- support implementation of English Language Proficiency Standards and linguistic accommodations
- lead professional learning communities and data meetings
- analyze school and regional data and support response plans
- monitor compliance with state and federal guidelines
- assist with Title III engagement, teacher certification support, newcomer summer program planning, and TELPAS testing plans.
