• Visit residents to collect rent
• follow up with delinquent residents, deliver collection letters, and arrange payment plans
• receive and record rent payments in Yardi Voyager
• deliver rent payment notices
• organize files and maintain collection records
• refer delinquent residents to the administrator for legal referral
• assist with evictions, rent receipt and adjustment forms, meetings, reports, and month-end close.
