What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to standardized recipes, menu cycles and dietary requirements
• handle and store food safely
• prepare food in appropriate quantities and serve at proper temperatures and times
• maintain food alternatives for resident choices
• supervise culinary staff when the Chef or Certified Dietary Manager is absent
• operate and clean food-service equipment
• inspect trays and report resident menu acceptance
• maintain clean workspaces and equipment
• assist with inspection preparation and attend assigned training.

Why this role
