What you'll do

• Lead daily maintenance execution and approved airworthiness determinations
• manage aircraft receiving, conformity checks, inspections, repairs, documentation, and return-to-service coordination
• set maintenance schedules, shift coverage, and priorities
• plan for continued airworthiness and fleet health
• coach technicians and shift leads
• track downtime, uptime, turnaround, quality, backlog, and productivity
• enforce maintenance procedures, safety protocols, qualifications, and records
• partner with engineering and compliance on recurring issues and process improvements.
