The manager leads operational and administrative functions, including budgeting, invoicing, contracts, billing, procurement, and reporting. The role supports the division’s ability to operate smoothly and meet governance and reporting standards while coordinating with leaders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science.

What you'll do

• Manage budgeting, internal invoicing, client contracts and billing, training documentation, and legal liaison work
• submit division-level reporting to Abacus Global Management
• oversee vendor management and procurement
• collaborate with executives on operational strategies
• create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with brand and business goals.
