The work spans reconciliations, financial statement preparation and analysis, payroll, tax filings, accounts payable, and related client support.

What you'll do

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts
• review financial statements against supporting schedules and documentation
• prepare and analyze financial statements
• prepare and submit sales tax returns
• process or review payroll and payroll-related deductions
• complete quarterly and annual payroll filings and W-2 preparation
• prepare and file Forms 1099
• maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• provide accounts payable and bill payment support
• assist with special accounting projects and process improvements
• maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and accounting standards.
