Health & Wellness Coach

What you'll do

• Provide enjoyable, high-quality class instruction
• demonstrate and teach proper exercise according to program standards
• monitor health and safety in the fitness area and perform rescue or first aid when necessary
• report accidents and complete incident reports
• set up and break down equipment
• attend staff meetings and events
• work cooperatively with staff, volunteers, and members
• provide encouragement and personalized direction to YMCA services
• communicate with members and support professional development.
