Collections Specialist I

This position is responsible for contacting customers and arranging receipts of PO’s and collecting overdue accounts and/or negotiating payment options as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :. Contact customers by phone, email, and mail to collect past-due payments. Research status of payment via multiple third-party technology systems.
