What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
• respond to machine alarms and identify root causes
• troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical malfunctions
• adjust assembly machines
• repair electrical controls and robot arms
• upload programs to controls when needed
• calibrate robot pick-and-place locations
• conduct total productive maintenance activities
• enter work orders in SAP
• perform root-cause analysis
• coordinate repairs and downtime with maintenance leadership
• follow safety, 5S, lockout/tagout, and cGMP documentation requirements.
