What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems and gas hearth appliances
• lead technical training for junior technicians
• manage the Home Comfort Club program and preseason stock
• educate customers on upgrades
• resolve service disputes
• manage wiring layouts, diagrams, testing, and service paperwork.
