What you'll do
- Engage families in program services and activities that promote school readiness, parenting skills, knowledge, and confidence
- help families establish and pursue goals
- organize events responsive to family needs
- conduct relationship-based home visits and enrollment meetings
- provide resource information and referrals
- complete monthly reports and track family progress
- comply with Bauer policies, state licensing, and Head Start standards
- attend required staff and professional development meetings.
