What you'll do

• Oversee maintenance of plant equipment and facilities within the departmental budget
• maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• develop a maintenance and refrigeration safety program
• manage parts inventory and departmental operating budget
• maintain the PSM/RPM program to OSHA standards
• supervise, coach, and counsel employees
• coordinate with suppliers
• assist the Plant Engineer with project planning and implementation
• manage contracted projects
• participate in HAZMAT activities
• support regulatory compliance.
