What you'll do

• Troubleshoot minor IT issues and escalate as needed
• assist with onboarding and offboarding, including device preparation and recovery
• collaborate with Level 2/3 teams on escalations and projects
• install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, and related equipment
• travel to clinic locations for onsite support as needed
• document issues in the ticketing system.
