What you'll do

• Lead tent installation and removal crews
• review layouts and assess sites
• oversee tent and equipment setup and breakdown
• train crew members in procedures and safety
• communicate with clients, venues, and internal teams
• operate and inspect company vehicles
• oversee loading and unloading
• support warehouse staging and inventory accuracy
• follow safety procedures.
