What you'll do

• Lead carpentry execution on ADU projects
• help supervise 1–3 active job sites
• coordinate subcontractors and internal labor
• perform quality control inspections
• maintain clean, organized, safe jobsites
• order lumber and standard materials
• complete daily logs and administrative tracking
• communicate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and homeowners
• train and mentor junior team members.
