The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic — Plastics Processing role is onsite in Bourbon, IN, at $25–$32 per hour. The role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial production assets, troubleshoots mechanical issues, and supports equipment installations and production setup. What you'll do

• Maintain and repair extruders, grinders, shredders, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and related mechanical systems
• complete preventive maintenance and CMMS work orders
• troubleshoot mechanical issues safely
• assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and light fabrication
• support equipment operation, cleaning, and setup
• follow safety procedures and OEM standards
• keep the workspace organized
• document work and communicate across shifts.
