What you'll do

• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions
• plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities
• prepare budget estimates and progress and cost reports
• direct project team activities and communicate project status
• process change orders, budget modifications, invoices, pay applications, billing, purchase orders, RFIs, and cost projections.
