What you'll do

• Represent clients in Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations, and other bankruptcy proceedings
• advise on pre-bankruptcy planning, out-of-court workouts, receiverships, and assignments for the benefit of creditors
• handle distressed asset transactions and bankruptcy-related litigation
• manage commercial litigation
• develop litigation strategy, negotiate resolutions, and work directly with clients.
