What you'll do

• Support project managers from preconstruction through closeout
• track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• review drawings, specifications, and scopes
• coordinate equipment and materials with vendors, subcontractors, field crews, and general contractors
• maintain procurement logs
• assist with schedules, budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and change-order pricing
• support startup, commissioning, punch lists, turnover, and closeout.
