This role supports the Sunset Marquis hotel, a four-diamond property including restaurant and spa facilities. This role exists to provide proactive and strategic leadership for the operations, maintenance, safety, appearance, and continual improvement of the hotel and its supporting systems. The director oversees all physical components of the property to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency.

• Provide hands-on leadership for 24-hour operations
• Develop preventive maintenance programs
• Manage computerized maintenance systems
• Conduct property walks
• Respond to operational emergencies
• Recruit and train staff
• Manage department budgets
• Lead capital improvement projects
• Oversee vendor relationships
• Maintain regulatory compliance.
