What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day clinical staff workflow
• order supplies and monitor inventory and expenses against the office budget
• verify and submit supply and lab invoices
• train, mentor, and support new clinical team members
• serve as OSHA and Radiation Safety Officer
• enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• support patient experiences
• share clinical maintenance duties
• perform regular chairside dental assistant duties.
