Workforce Development Trainer

What you'll do

• Design workforce-development curricula, training materials, and lesson plans
• deliver interactive training on job readiness, technical and soft skills, and industry-specific topics
• assess staff progress
• adapt learning strategies to different styles and skill levels
• collaborate with leadership and external partners to align training with staffing needs and labor-market trends
• provide career guidance and coaching to staff
• document attendance, progress, and outcomes
• update content for policy, procedure, and technology changes
• report training outcomes and program effectiveness
• support new-hire onboarding
• conduct hands-on training on EmployNV, WORCS, Dropbox, and other case-management tools
• host ongoing training, including quarterly in-person sessions.
