Communications & Storytelling Specialist

What you'll do

• Monitor and triage shared communications channels
• acknowledge and route inquiries
• maintain inquiry records and identify recurring issues
• escalate sensitive or media-related inquiries
• find, research, interview for, write, and edit stories
• develop content for websites, newsletters, social media, publications, presentations, events, and campaigns
• assist with website updates, routine graphics, and social media scheduling.
