What you'll do

• Build relationships with Stars families and coaches
• guide coaches and volunteers
• support ministry elements such as huddles, cards, and prayer
• recruit and train volunteers
• implement leagues and camps, including teams and schedules
• communicate with families
• support practices and games
• connect with community organizations
• and oversee facility readiness, equipment, safety, and minor repairs. The schedule varies and includes about two nights a week and Saturdays during the season.
