The Logistics Lead, 1st Shift role is onsite at 160 Terminal Ave, Clark, NJ. The shift runs 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. Compensation is $22.07–$36.00 per hour. Kerry’s Clark Taste Division produces flavors and ingredients for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical customers. The lead coordinates daily warehouse execution across receiving, material handling, internal supply, and shipping. By assigning work, reinforcing standard procedures, and monitoring physical and system transactions, the role supports safe, compliant, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Lead daily warehouse execution in the assigned area
• assign work and communicate priorities
• provide floor-level process guidance
• ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, food safety, allergen controls, sanitation, and transport regulations
• support huddles and shift handovers
• verify physical activity aligns with SAP/RF transactions
• train and coach associates
• escalate inventory, shipment, documentation, equipment, safety, and quality issues
• support warehouse KPIs and audit readiness
• provide backup across warehouse areas.
