What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
• log and follow up on interactions
• update customer portals
• review after-hours forms and assign jobs
• send appointment reminders
• manage cancellations and delinquent accounts
• coordinate technician schedules and appointments
• process payments and deposits
• support customer onboarding, sales entry, lead tracking, and communication campaigns.
