Forklift Operator

Job overview

The Forklift Operator role is onsite in Mount Pleasant, WI. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The position supports the Warehouse Department at FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group company, in a warehouse environment. The operator moves and stores materials safely, supports shipping and receiving, and helps maintain inventory accuracy and organized storage. Equipment inspections, documentation, and adherence to safety procedures support reliable warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Operate stand-up, sit-down, and reach-truck forklifts to load, unload, move, and store products
• transport goods and coordinate with shipping and receiving
• inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• scan, label, and document product movements
• maintain organized storage zones
• follow OSHA, company safety, and PPE requirements
• support picking, packing, cycle counting, and training
• document damaged goods
• and maintain equipment and work-area cleanliness.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to pass the internal forklift certification program within the first 90 days; two years of forklift experience preferred.
