What you'll do

• qualify customers, manage Marketplace and Messenger conversations, handle objections, structure deals, and follow up
• maintain CRM records and protect pricing and margins
• coach daily sales execution
• review customer conversations and provide feedback
• assist with onboarding and training
• identify performance gaps and reinforce company standards.
