The Maintenance Trades Technician role is onsite in Franklin, MA. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour. The technician supports Landings Real Estate Group's apartment communities in Franklin. The role handles apartment turns, renovations, work orders, and preventive maintenance across multiple trades, helping keep the communities operational and resident needs addressed.

What you'll do

• Complete apartment turns and renovations, including carpentry, doors and cabinets, trim, drywall, painting, and finish work
• diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues
• complete work orders, typically within 24 hours
• participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
• and support seasonal needs such as snow removal.

Why this role
