What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, refrigeration, controls, utilities, and building systems
• diagnose failures and implement corrective actions
• use diagnostic tools and testing equipment
• complete work orders and maintenance documentation in the CMMS
• follow OSHA, LOTO, PPE, and company safety requirements
• support regulatory compliance
• guide Technician I and II team members
• communicate equipment status and risks to facilities leadership.
