Pest Service Professional Technician

Job overview

The Pest Service Professional Technician role is onsite in Conway, SC, and is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with occasional Saturdays. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Rocket Pest’s mission to protect homes, families, and businesses with safe, convenient, and reliable pest control. The technician manages an assigned service route, inspects properties for pest issues, applies control methods, and communicates with customers about treatment plans and progress. The work helps customers maintain pest-free environments through ongoing service and monitoring.

What you'll do

• Maintain customer service schedules on an assigned route and call customers before service.
• Inspect and troubleshoot infestations, apply pest control strategies, monitor treatment results, and communicate progress.
• Respond to customer requests, complete service paperwork, maintain the assigned vehicle and equipment, check termite bait stations, and participate in collections efforts.
