Staffing Coordinator

What you'll do

• Conduct daily recruiting through phone conversations and in-person interviews
• oversee onboarding, including in-house drug screenings and background checks
• provide job coaching, encouragement, and constructive feedback
• maintain communication with clients and associates
• support feedback loops between associates and clients
• meet reviewed performance metrics, which may adjust with business needs
• participate in weekend on-call rotations as required by the branch
• assist working associates with questions or concerns
• represent WSI at job fairs and community events
• cross-train to back up Front Office Administrators and Account Managers.
