What you'll do

• Advise clients on complex energy transactions, including project development agreements, power purchase agreements, offtake arrangements, joint ventures, acquisitions, and related financing matters.
• Work with energy companies on solar, wind, geothermal, battery storage, nuclear, natural gas, and data center projects.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements is preferred.
