What you'll do

• Orient interested veterans
• conduct outreach at community locations
• screen veteran households for program eligibility
• create Individual Employment Plans
• collaborate with Department of Job and Family Services DVOPs on training and job opportunities
• build employer relationships
• maintain confidential client files
• coordinate with Grant & Per Diem and SSVF staff
• participate in HVRP team meetings and community events
• provide client-centered, trauma-informed crisis intervention as appropriate
• complete documentation and reporting.
