What you'll do

• Build and execute strategic account plans for assigned data-center customers
• develop relationships with owners, operators, contractors, commissioning providers, engineering partners, and decision-makers
• identify and advance opportunities across new builds, expansions, retrofits, and commissioning windows
• connect project requirements to load banks, temporary cooling, and related support
• coordinate scope, pricing, proposals, submittals, schedules, and execution plans
• align site coordination, safety, commissioning sequence, documentation, and escalation paths
• maintain pipeline, forecasts, CRM records, and opportunity reviews
• represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
• support handoffs and identify repeat or multi-site opportunities.
