What you'll do

• Prepare, wash, and store dishes
• maintain an orderly and safe dishwashing area
• assist with bussing, serving, and meal or room-tray delivery as needed
• set and clear dining-room tables
• help cooks clean preparation areas and equipment
• complete dishwasher temperature logs and closing checklists
• remove garbage
• follow safety and sanitation procedures
• may be assigned to other community functions on a relief basis.
