The Line Leader role is onsite in Lapel, IN. The annual salary range is $90,000–$115,000, with a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. O-I produces glass packaging for food, beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical brands and focuses on making glass more sustainable and accessible. The leader manages total production-line operations within safety, quality, and cost parameters. Coaching team members, analyzing production data, and coordinating with departments support line performance, productivity, and customer quality requirements.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years supervising people and processes in manufacturing. Glass container manufacturing experience is highly preferred; availability to support 24/7 operations is required.
