What you'll do

• Collect blood and/or urine specimens using established procedures
• prepare specimens while maintaining integrity
• verify test requisitions and identify patients before collection
• label and document specimens for shipment
• maintain collection tallies and request supplies
• provide site-specific procedural training to new employees
• follow Universal Precautions, OSHA standards, and HIPAA requirements
• travel to additional sites when needed
• perform other assigned duties.
