What you'll do

• Provide Intensive Home-Based Services, Intensive Care Coordination, and Child and Family Team services
• deliver group and family services
• provide school consultation when appropriate
• maintain documentation and tracking systems
• coordinate treatment with the treatment team, referring agencies, and community agencies
• provide crisis intervention and administer the C-SSRS
• participate in peer review and required meetings.
