What you'll do

• Supervise employees in pour and reheat zones
• communicate and audit safety requirements
• manage attendance and production schedules
• monitor efficiency and quality
• coordinate training and cross-training
• account for materials
• report production metrics
• coordinate line start-ups and shutdowns
• communicate equipment issues to maintenance
• conduct 5S audits
• address staffing and personnel issues
• prepare shift notes.
