What you'll do

• Develop and deliver membership acquisition and retention strategies
• manage membership targets and performance
• build prospective member pipelines and local creative-industry networks
• analyze membership and retention metrics and feedback
• lead, recruit, and develop the Membership team
• oversee the Membership Committee and application process
• host member introductions
• improve the member journey
• engage members and prospective members
• address member conduct issues
• maintain a visible presence in the House, including appropriate evenings and weekends
• collaborate with House, regional, and global teams.
