• Develop and execute the firm's professional development strategy
• set goals and metrics
• oversee attorney training, mentoring, career development, performance management support, CLE compliance, integration, and retention programs
• manage development technology, budget, and resources
• supervise department staff
• advise firm leadership on attorney development and workforce planning.
